Opto's compact imaging modules achieve sub-micron resolutions and are each optimized for specific applications. They require no calibration and are ultra compact with a width of only 40 mm. It has GigE as well as USB 3.1 connections in 5x, 10x, 20x - in monochrome or color. It is a high quality inverted machine vision microscope.

Description

Opto's family of imaging modules are integrated plug & play vision sensors, with an optimized combination of onboard camera, lighting, optics and integrated electronics. Designed for almost any imaging application for Industry 4.0, they offer a high level of intelligence and ease of use. With their ease of integration into any production environment - from gauges for testing to surface analysis or systems to roughness, reflectivity or tilt analysis - these modules provide an elegant rapidly deployable solution. Each module comes with its own image acquisition software.
