3  Purposes of processing and legal basis


The personal data are processed for the provision of our website. We store the IP addresses for detection and defense against attacks.

The call of our website we see as a contract. The legal basis of the processing is until 25.5.18 § 28 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 Federal Data Protection Act, from 25 May 2018 it is Art. 6 (1) (b) and f Basic Data Protection Regulation.

Since we separate your IP address from the rest of the data immediately after the website has been called up, we can not give you any meaningful information about this:

You can find out your IP address in the settings of your device. But we would need this to give you information. The information would then consist of your IP address. They already have you.

Moreover, we are not obliged to provide such information under Article 12 (2) and 11 of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Likewise, a correction, deletion, restriction and data portability is not applicable here.
