Oxxius LaserBoxx DPSS- and Diodelasers


The low-noise LaserBoxx systems from Oxxius are available with a wide range of wavelengths and powers. In the case of the LBX diode laser variants, the extremely compact lasers are always provided with a laser power control of 0-100 %; in the case of the LCX and LPX DPSS variants, this is optional due to the technology.
The power is set via a controller or alternatively via software and USB interface. For direct integration into e.g. a microscope or a machine, RS-232 interfaces and dedicated I/Os can be controlled in addition to a USB port. The options mentioned are completely included in the scope of delivery.

High power stability, the round beam profile and low noise make these lasers the ideal choice for numerous applications in biotechnology, fluorescence spectroscopy, analytics and microscopy.

    • Single-mode fibre FCSM: <70 % coupling efficiency, polarisation ratio: 100:1.
    • Single-mode fibre polarisation-maintaining FCPM: ?70 % coupling efficiency, polarisation ratio: 100:1
    • Multi-mode fibre FCMM: <80 % coupling efficiency, 50 µm 0.22 NM
  • Electro-mechanical shutter ACX-SHTE for DPSS laser (fully compatible with fibre coupling)
  • Motorised power attenuator L1C-MPA for DPSS laser (fully compatible with fibre coupling)
  • Acousto-optical modulator (AOM) L1C-AOM for DPSS laser (fully compatible with fibre coupling).
