Description

InGaAs Spectrometer for a spectral range of 900 – 2200 nm

Especially in the areas of process monitoring, quality control, identification of materials and more, InGaAs spectrometers are becoming more and more important.

The wavelength range of the Sol 2.2A spectrometer extends from 900 - 2200nm. The integrated "autozero" function automatically reduces the dark current and dark non-uniformity, which leads to an increase in signal-to-noise ratio. The software allows four options: maximum dynamic range, high dynamic range, high sensitivity, and maximum sensitivity.
