Oselas machine vision lasers are offered with an optional internal microcontroller (MC) for digital communication. Real-time state monitoring allows adjustment of power, modulation logic, and temperature shutdown, and is an excellent tool for analysis and control of key parameters. With the current operating time, diode current and temperature value, statements can be made about the remaining lifetime. This prevents downtimes of the inspection system and facilitates planning in material procurement.
