Description
The majority of optical choppers come with the chopping blade exposed. Using a blade protector can reduce the chances of damage. It is also useful in applications where you do not wish the ambient light to be chopped as well.
The SCT-340P blade protector is designed for use with our 200 mm optical systems. It has apertures at 3, 9 and 12 O’Clock of 70 mm diameter. Each of thes apertures can be blanked off using the blanking plates provided or reduced to 44 mm diamete using alternate plates also provided.
