Laser protection cabin in modular design
The class 1
laser safety cabins have been tested, certified and can be set up and installed quickly according to the international laser safety standard (IEC 60825-4 Safety of Laser Products Part 4 - Laser Protection Walls).
These laser protection cabins protect personnel from dangerous laser beams. These are absorbed by the specially developed wall and ceiling elements.
The permanently installed full safety cabs are modularly constructed of individual elements and can easily be dismantled. With the single modules in 1.10 m standard width, the cab dimensions can be flexibly designed.
Interlock control system for laser protection cabin
The laser safety cabins are fully equipped with the Lasermet Interlock Control System ICS-6. Optionally, a camera system can be installed to monitor all operations in the cabin. Supply and exhaust openings are installed according to customer specifications.
The modular concept of the laser protection cabins thus offers a very cost-effective and simple way of living around a laser system while fulfilling the international regulations for laser safety.
Outside this laser protection cabin, the area can be designated as laser class 1. This ensures a workflow without disruptions and without additional protection requirements.
